What is Kundalini Yoga?

Meet Your Teacher: Aurélie Guingamp


Aurélie is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher with both the Kundalini Research Institute and the Kundalini Yoga School (certified in 2024). With more than 12 years of personal practice in Kundalini Yoga, and a foundation in Hatha before that, she brings deep experience, warmth, and insight to every session.

Aurélie creates a welcoming space for both beginners and experienced yogis to explore their inner potential and reconnect with their bodies, breath, and awareness.
