a 4-day yoga & sea retreat

From Thursday 28st to Sunday 31st of May 2026

Pornichet, France

The Experience

The Pornichet Yoga Retreat is designed to be grounding and deeply nourishing, free from unnecessary distractions.

Each day unfolds gently, moving in a natural rhythm between practice, rest, connection, and quiet moments of stillness. Set within a beautiful 19th-century house, typical of Pornichet, the space is filled with charm and character. A small private garden offers a peaceful retreat, while the beach—just 100 metres away—invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and fully unwind.

Now close your eyes for a moment…

You wake up slowly.
Soft light filters through the curtains. The air is fresh, quiet… calm.

A warm cup of tea is waiting for you.
Somewhere in the house, breakfast is being prepared.

You step onto your mat.
Morning movement awakens your body, gently, deeply, intentionally.

Later, you’ll stroll to the beach just a couple of minutes from the house. Barefoot on the sand, with the sea right there waiting for you.
The ocean stretches endlessly in front of you. No rush. No noise. Just space.

This is your moment to reset. a beautiful sunset...

Classpass review

I loved this class - first time doing yoga formally and first time at this studio- it was great for beginners! Sufficiently challenging but also really relaxing and healing on a Sunday eve. Thanks so much!.”
